Photo 1 (Grades 10-12)

Digital Project: Working with a Single Color.
Students were to choose one color to work with as a thematic and compositional element. These are four photos by a student in grade 12 who chose the color orange.

Digital Project: An Object's Excellent Adventure.
Students were to take photographs of a single object in as many different places and situations as they could think of while thinking about composition and light.

Digital Project: The Short List.
Students were to choose three themes from a "short list" (the list of themes included patterns in metal, reflections, glassware, fences, studies of a bridge, churches, antiques, and not-in-service).















Digital Project: Working in the Style of a Master Photographer.
Students were to choose a master photographer to study. After writing about the photographer, they were to create a series of photographs in that photographer's style . This student (grade 10) chose Eugene Meatyard.







Digital Project: A Day in Your Life.
Students were to create a collage based on a series of photographs that chronicled a day in their life.
